Terms and Conditions

Conditions with regard to the payment obligation and the right of withdrawal (return right) have been adjusted due to the new legislation for web retailers …. imposed from Brussels.

1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all products that are sold in the web shop Linterieur.
1.2. If you want to pick up the items at home, you can do so within 7 days by appointment. Payment is made at home.
1.3. You can cancel your order for any reason, but this must be done within 2 days via email.
1.4. The web store is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
1.5. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are standard 3.90 euros for letterbox package and 5.95 euros for packages (MyParcel). If an item exceeds the standard sizes, it will be sent by post for 6.95 euros. The standard rate for foreign countries is 7 euros!
1.6. If your order is above 50 €, shipping is FREE (only within the Netherlands). For europe above 75 €.
1.7. Orders are shipped within Europe.

2. Order
2.1. You can order via the web store, by email or by telephone.
2.2. The agreement takes effect when Linterieur has processed your order.
2.3. If you place an order, you enter into a payment obligation !!!

3. Payment
3.1. When picking up the order, payment must be made at home.
3.2. You will receive an invoice when ordering via the web store. You must pay your order within 7 days in advance via bank or giro, by bank transfer or Ideal.
3.3. You can also pay for your order afterwards … you then choose the klarna option.

4. Delivery
4.1. The orders are delivered to the specified address.
4.2. Usually, items are sent within 4 working days after payment (you have to take into account holidays)
and / or weekends). If an item unexpectedly appears not to be in stock or available, I will inform you by email.
You can then cancel the purchase or order another item in consultation. Have you already paid you have the option
to cancel the entire amount.

5. Prices
5.1. The owner of Linterieur is entitled to make interim price changes in the web shop “Linterieur”.
5.2. All prices include VAT, excluding shipping costs.

6. Return right
6.1. You have the right to return the items delivered by Linterieur within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason and starting on the day of delivery, unused and in its original condition and packaging (the so-called cooling-off period).
* If you return the entire order, the entire purchase price plus the shipping costs of the order will be reversed.
* If you return part of the order, the purchase price of that item will be reversed, without shipping costs.
* In both cases the shipping costs for the return are not reimbursed.
6.2. If the items have been returned correctly, you can optionally order another item in the same price category or have the item amount reversed. (4.2).
6.3. After these 14 calendar days your return right will expire.

7. Warranty and liability
7.1. Linterieur guarantees that the articles delivered by it meet the requirements of usability, reliability and service life as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement, and thereby guarantee the factory warranty for the article delivered to you.
7.2. The warranty period from Linterieur corresponds to the factory warranty period. However, Linterieur is never responsible for the ultimate suitability of the articles for each individual application by the customer, nor for any advice regarding the use or application of the article.
7.3. The buyer is obliged to immediately check the delivered items upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered item is incorrect, inadequate or incomplete, then the customer must immediately report these defects in writing to Linterieur, before proceeding to return. Any defects or incorrectly delivered goods must and can be reported in writing to Linterieur no later than up to 2 months after delivery. The goods must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in new condition. Commissioning after the discovery of a defect, damage arising after the discovery of a defect, encumberment and / or resale after the discovery of a defect, completely voids this right to complain and return.
7.4. If complaints from the customer are found to be justified by Linterieur, you can possibly order another article in the same price category or have the article amount reversed. (4.2).
Any liability of Linterieur for any other form of damage is excluded, including additional compensation in whatever form, compensation for indirect damage or consequential damage.
7.5. Linterieur is not liable for damage caused by intent or equivalent recklessness of the buyer.
7.6. This warranty does not apply if:
as long as the customer is in default towards Linterieur;
* the buyer has repaired and / or modified the delivered goods himself or had them repaired and / or modified by third parties;
* the delivered goods have been exposed to abnormal circumstances or are otherwise carelessly treated or have been treated contrary to the instructions of Linterieur and / or instructions on the packaging.

8. What should you take into account?
8.1. Photos of the articles may differ slightly in color, you should take this into account.
8.2. Some items are handmade, therefore I cannot guarantee any deviations.
