General conditions

The terms and conditions of the payment obligation and the right of withdrawal (revocation right) have been updated due to the new legislation for web retailers imposed by Brussels.

1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all products sold in the Linterieur webshop.
1.2. If you want to pick up the items at home, you can do so within 7 days after consultation. Payment is at home.
1.3. You can cancel your order for any reason, but you must do so within 2 days via email.
1.4. The webshop is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
1.5. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are standard 6.50 euros for packages (MyParcel). Shipping costs to foreign countries see customer service.
1.6. If your order is over 50 €, shipping is FREE (only within the Netherlands).Outside the Netherlands from 75 €.
1.7. Orders are shipped within Europe.

NOTE: Shipping costs may vary by country.

2. Order
2.1. You can order through the web shop, by email or by phone.
2.2. The contract is concluded when Linterieur has processed your order.
2.3. When you place an order, you make a payment commitment !!!

3. Payment
3.1. When picking up the order, payment must be made at home.
3.2. When ordering through the web shop, you will receive an invoice. You must pay for your order within 7 days in advance via bank transfer or Ideal.
3.3. You can also pay for your order later … and then select the Klarna option.

4. Delivery
4.1. Orders will be delivered to the address provided.
4.2. Usually items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment (excluding holidays and weekends). If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or available, I will notify you by email.
You can then cancel the purchase or order another item by mutual agreement. If you have already paid, you have the option
cancel the order.

5. Prices
5.1. The owner of Linterieur has the right to make provisional price changes in the webshop “Linterieur”.
5.2. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

6. Return rights
6.1. You have the right to return items delivered by Linterieur within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and from the day of delivery unused and in their original condition and in their original packaging (so-called cancellation period).
* If you return the entire order, the full purchase price plus the shipping costs of the order will be refunded.
* If you return part of the order, the purchase price of this item will be refunded without shipping costs.
6.2. If the items are returned correctly, you can optionally order another item in the same price category or cancel the number of items. (4.2).
6.3. After these 14 calendar days, your right of return expires.
6.4. Items that are discounted cannot be returned!
6.5. Notice:
When choosing a klarna payment, linterieur.com charges a fee that the customer does not have to pay. However, in the case of a complete return of the order ordered with klarna, these expenses (3.50 euros) will be charged/deducted from the invoice amount that will be deposited.
6.6. Discounted items cannot be returned!

7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. Linterieur guarantees that the items delivered meet the requirements of usability, reliability and longevity reasonably intended by the parties to the contract of sale, thus guaranteeing the factory warranty for the item delivered to you.
7.2. Linterieur’s warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer’s warranty period. However, Linterieur is never responsible for the final suitability of the items for each individual application by the customer or for advice on the use or application of the item.
7.3. The buyer is obliged to check the delivery item immediately upon receipt. If the item delivered is found to be incorrect, inadequate or incomplete, the customer must immediately notify Linterieur in writing of this defect before proceeding to return. Defective or misdelivered goods must and can be reported in writing to Linterieur no later than 14 days after delivery. The goods must be returned in their original packaging (including accessories and related documentation) and in perfect condition.
7.4. If Linterieur considers the customer’s complaints justified, you may be able to order another item in the same price category or cancel the item quantity. (4.2).
Any liability of Linterieur for other damages is excluded, including additional damages in any form, a substitute for indirect or consequential damages.
7.5. Linterieur is not liable for damages based on intent or equivalent negligence of the buyer.
7.6. This warranty does not apply if:
As long as the customer is in default with Linterieur;
* The buyer has had the delivered goods repaired and / or modified by him or repaired and / or modified by third parties.
* The delivered goods have been exposed to exceptional conditions or otherwise negligent or treated contrary to the instructions of Linterieur and/or the instructions on the packaging.

8. What should you pay attention to?
8.1. Photos of the products may vary slightly in color, you should take this into account.
8.2. Some items are handmade, so I cannot guarantee any variance.

9. Review of our products
We will gladly send a form after your order asking you to leave a review about the products.
Reviews are very important for any business, but also so that other customers can get a better understanding of the range.
Of course, this review is voluntary and may or may not be done during the ordering process.
