1. What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands:
Parcels 6.50 € (MyParcel)
Europe (Belgium and Germany)Parcels 9 €.
Europe 1 (Luxembourg, Austria, France and Italy) 14 €
Europe 2 (Poland/Spain/Sweden) 18 €.

Shipping of items is done in an environmentally friendly manner whenever possible. Packaging and filling materials are reused from my suppliers et al.
We do not ship mailbox packages due to the frequent loss of these in the mail.

2. Do I need to create an account?
Yes, an account is required to use your address information when shipping your order.

Is there an error message when you enter the address?
Enter the house number after the street name, not on the 2nd line. Then the error message disappears!

3. Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can do that yourself or communicate this to me and I will delete the account.
(Orders older than 1 year are deleted by default).

4. Where can I see where my package is?
We will email you the link of the shipping code.

5. I signed up and/or ordered, but I don’t get an email?
By default, a confirmation email will be sent to your specified email address.
If you did not receive one, something may have gone wrong with entering this address.
Please log in again and check the email address. This is because I cannot look up the correct email address if you entered it incorrectly. Otherwise, please contact us using the contact form.

6. How can I pay?

Cash or pin
Payment must be made within 7 business days, after that your order reservation will expire!
When transferring, you may see a different name. Our business name is Morse Design vof, which includes the trade names Linterieur and Hf- Designit (advertising lettering).

7. Who is Linterieur?
Linterieur is a play on words of Lin and Interieur and evolved from the first name Lin’s Stekje.
Originally I sold jewelry, but my enthusiasm was more with rural home accessories, hence the shop switched to these accessories at the end of 2006. If you are interested in visiting..you can visit the cozy, small showroom by appointment. You will also find some items in the tobacco and convenience store Heksenberg.
